Project brief information
The Contact page asks for your name, email address, service interest, and project message. When you click “Send enquiry,” these details are transmitted securely to our website server and emailed to hello@robinkads.com so we can respond. The form does not create a customer database. Enquiries are retained in our business mailbox to manage correspondence and agreed services. You can contact us to request deletion of enquiry information, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Sharing through WhatsApp
When you choose “Review & send on WhatsApp,” the website opens a WhatsApp link containing your prepared message and Robin’s phone number. WhatsApp receives the message text when you open that link. You review it and decide whether to send it there. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to its service.
Optional local brief tool
If you choose to prepare a WhatsApp brief instead, its name, service, and message are processed in your browser. Preparing, copying, or downloading that brief does not submit it through the website enquiry form. Sharing the brief on WhatsApp is a separate choice.
Copying and downloading
If you choose to copy your brief, the website writes its text to your device clipboard. If you download it, the website creates a text file on your device. Robin Ads does not receive either action’s contents through this website.
Analytics, cookies, and hosting
This website does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or marketing cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and access times, to deliver and secure the website. The form also uses a hashed network-address identifier and a submission timestamp for rate limiting; it does not store your enquiry message in that rate-limit file.
